Every month we are going to feature one of our most favourite recipes.

Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Tahini - (sesame seed paste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • Juice of ½ - 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons water

Here's what to do:

Put all ingredients in blender.

Blend till smooth

Add more lemon juice to taste if needed

To garnish:

Olive oil
Paprika or Cayenne Pepper
