  • Slow-cooked beef with parmesan and herb dumplings
  • Salmon and dill rice parcels
  • Blackened chicken with mango and corn salsa
  • Creamy caramel cheesecake


MIDDLE EAST FEAST - with special host Sanaz Assadi

Let yourself give in to the exotic spices and taste as we recreate Arabian Nights in your kitchen.

  • Mast o khiar - Glorious yogurt & cucumber dip
  • Salad Shirazi - Healthy traditional Persian salad
  • Borani Esfenaj -Customary starter of yogurt with seasoned spinach dip
  • Morghen Zaferooni - Succulent baked Saffron Chicken
  • Samak - Coated tender red snapper baked with parsley, lemon & Mediterranean spices
  • Tah Chin - Baked fluffy saffron yoghurt rice
  • Taas Kebab - Layered beef stew, cooked till its mouth wateringly tender
  • Ranginak - A luscious combination of dates, cinnamon, cardamom, walnuts & pistachios
